1. Product Description:
The wiring module is a modular connector with IDC connection terminals at the front and rear ends for terminating copper wire with an insulating jacket.
2. Application:
It is mainly used in the user part behind the MDF, for the wiring of access equipment such as PCM equipment and voice line terminal equipment, connecting audio cables, switches and wiring equipment for access equipment.
It provide communication transmission in the audio transmission function, complete the circuit connection distribution and scheduling of external cables and switching equipment.

1. The snap modules are compatible with Cologne LSA-PLUS series modules.
2. The design of the contact point is based on the principle of air tightness, so as to obtain a reliable connection between the reed and the cable.

5. Pull-off force: Phosphor bronze, silver-plated (≥5μm), the applicable wire diameter is 0.4~0.9mm, and the pull-off force after the end is not less than 20N.
6. Flame retardant: The plastic parts are made of PBT or flame retardant ABS, and their combustion performance should meet the GB/T 5169.7-1985 standard.
7. Insulation resistance: Under standard atmospheric pressure, the insulation resistance between any two terminals that are not connected is not less than 1000MΩ.
8. Contact resistance between reed terminals: under standard atmospheric pressure, the contact resistance between any two unconnected terminals is not greater than 7MΩ.
9. End-to-end contact resistance: Under standard test conditions, the end-to-end contact resistance of the wire and the terminal is not more than 3MΩ.
10. Working life: no less than 200 times.
